I started out in Business Life as an Architect and Master Builder, and an Interior Designer. I later started designing and building furniture, in addition to Building Designer Homes. Ive always had a love for Fashion, so in 2011 I began designing women's fashion accessories, and manufacturing them as well. Today I am committed to using all natural products in my handbags and wedge sandals. My Bags are made using Buntal, Sabutan, Abaca, Rafia , Sunamay, Hyacinth, Rattan and Bamboo as well as Genuine Leather, often Braiding the Leather for Handles and Closures. Our finished product is very upmarket, very top Designer Fashion and built to Perfection. It takes us 3 months to build our bags, so they are in Very Limited supply. You will love my bags and love the all natural woven Fabric and Fibers against your body, no chemicals or plastic fumes emitted for you to breath, just the smell of Pure Fibers and Genuine Leather.  Jay Michaels is about wearable luxury.

We have design studios in Tulsa and LA where we create our designs. I have others working with me that share my passion in designing and manufacturing the highest quality upmarket handbags that are possible to create. Our artisans specialize in different areas depending on the materials we are using to manufacture the bags. Some are Artisans in Rattan or Hyacinth while others are experts in Braiding Leather. We employ both men and women to do the weaving and manufacture the handbags and purses.

The Exterior of my bags and wedges are made in the Philippines by Experienced Weavers who learned the craft from their parents and they hand down to their sons and daughters. Then we Finish the Bags here by hand, to get the right leather and wood handles installed. Our linings are made form Satin or Oxford. ALL  NATURAL BAGS.
